Dr Dunn his nurse Sam and all the front desk staff are all compassionate courteous professional and efficient. They handle you with patience and attend to all your needs, before I even left their office I was receiving text messages about a prescription that had to be directly sent to the pharmaceutical company as well as a text message from my local pharmacy that my prescriptions had already been transmitted.Often times I would have to call other providers and leave several messages that would be unanswered or beg for the things that I needed to get done to actually be followed through on. the medical field today is a very demanding field especially in the geographical area that we live in. There are a lot of elderly and snowbird patients that add to our annual regulars. This often leads to packed schedules, appointments that are booked out months in advance and it doubles the workload for the Physicians and staff. Working in the healthcare field for 21 years myself we often go without breaks or even going to the bathroom and some offices you can feel the staff's frustration but at this office you are always treated kindly and things are done efficiently no matter how busy the office is. These people deserve great recognition and thanks it's not an easy job and it's not easy being a patient sometimes it's a scary experience because things get overlooked or missed and your mind is not at ease because you feel you have to fight for the things that need to be done. Having neglected my health for many years due to a busy work and home life things got out of hand and piled up I've been to other offices that just pushed me off or didn't want to deal with me so I let my health go for years fearing that same experience. I cried before entering my visit there today worried that this would happen again and while was I amazed everything I needed to have addressed was addressed and I went in with a list of things.They let you talk and explain without rush or interruption and t

I saw Dr.Dunn today for the first time for a physical and to address my concern for my weight gain. He was very personable and genuinely seemed to care about my concern. He listed and explained reason that may be causing my weight gain. I have had a hard time finding a general practitioner doctor in Sarasota that I feel genuinely cares about their patients. I look forward to using Dr.Dunn in the future.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dunn’s for 19 years and I hope I never have to see any another primary care doctor during my lifetime. Dr. Dunn is the best doctor that I’ve ever had and I even have my husband and father seeing him as well for the past several years. Dr. Dunn is kind, knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond for his patients. He makes you feel like you’re family and not just another number and is really laid back and doesn’t talk to you in “doctor lingo”. Seriously, he is the best doctor anyone could ask for. If you have an issue with Dr. Dunn more than likely the problem is you and not him.

Met Dr Dunn and Sam for the first time yesterday and cannot say enough great things about them. Sam is very friendly and puts patients at ease. Dr Dunn took his time to actually talk to me and get to know me as a person. You could tell he and his staff genuinely care. Feel very comfortable with my new physician! Highly recommend him!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dunns for over 20 years. I have many issues, some being very complicated and difficult. There are simply no cures for everything. Dr . Dunns professional care and knowledge as well as patience has been extremely helpful in my situation. Some doctors wouldn’t even see me because some of my issues are not easily resolved, if at all. Patients like myself take more time and energy. Dr. Dunn has been a true gift in my life. He or anyone else may not be able to cure or fix some issues but he’s always there to support me in my health challenges. I also find him to be an excellent doctor.

My husband and I both have gone to Dr. Dunn for many years. I would recommend him highly. He listens, he spends time with us, and he is a great doctor. His office staff is very nice and helpful. He is mostly on time. If he is a few minutes late, I know it’s because he is taking his time with another patient like he always does with us.

Kevin Dunn has been my physician for 18 years. He has always been there for me. Most noteworthy, he is one of the last physicians to visit his patients when hospitalized. You look for two primary characteristics in a family physician - competence and caring. Kevin Dunn is 5 stars in bot categories.
